Carcinosarcoma Arising From the Renal Pelvis: A Rare Case Report

Carcinosarcoma is a malignant tumor of biphasic character consisting epithelial and mesenchymal components. This rarely-seen has an exceedingly aggressive nature. While it rare in the urinary system, appears even more rarely renal pelvis. Thus, there are few publications literature on carcinosarcomas originating from paper presents 42-year-old male patient with carcinosarcoma pelvis (CSRP), kidney stone disease, nephrocutaneous fistula who underwent radical nephrectomy eventually died metastatic disease. The rarity disease main obstacle to conducting comprehensive clinical trials. Therefore, great importance publish identified cases.
